Blair is a rather irratable, strange angel. he comes from a very long and very ancient line of angel supervisors, her father, Tango, claims he is the voice of which god speaks.
Blair has a very complicated relationship with him, riddled with reluctant respect, and deep fear.
she's tomented by his expectations, forever stuck in fear.
despite this, as might be surprising, Blair is a very humorous being as well, finds insignificant things funny, chuckles at every bad joke.
she doesnt know much how to make jokes in her own regard, but he enjoys others', even if he'd probably rather die than admit it.
she's very tired, overwhelmed and overworked and often in her own head, nobody quite knows what he's thinking about, and nobody is quite sure if they want to.
overall though, they try their best and they're a good pal to have if you're so lucky. you may need it.
after all, she holds a very ancient power, in her unwilling hands.

her eyes, both the ones on her face, and the ones scattered about her body, serve as mouths as well as functioning eyeballs.
the eyes are not sentient in and of themselves,
they're simply an extension of Blairs existing form.
they find it fun to de synch their blinking,
closing the eyes on her face and letting the rest stay open. this disturbes many of her coworkers and patients.
she's known as
one of the best doctors in the big cities, having a rep of participating in rather unhealthy and shocking habits,
yet provides infinitely gentle and expert treatment for their patients.
her patients always report verry good things, how fast and effectively she works, how expertly quick witted.
it shocks doctors from all over. how does he do it? he seems so angry.
